You’ll know my brother’s work from Poor Rude Lines’ masthead. His images have also graced various posts and the About page. You may not know that Peter James Field is a freelance illustrator with a client list which includes Time Magazine, The New York Times Magazine and Penguin Books.
Peter has kept a visual diary for the past ten years and, to mark this anniversary, is publishing a book, No Bulb in my Lamp. He’s using Kickstarter to fund the publication costs and you can find the details of the campaign here. I would urge you to take a look at some of his work (below) and on the Kickstarter page, and give his proposal your consideration.
The Visual Diary covers birth, death and the gamut of human experience in-between. I’ll let the images speak for themselves.
